The Blending Workshop is part of the Forklift Winter 2012 series, which will take guests behind the scenes with Portland’s culinary artisans to places like bakeries, roasters and distilleries where they will have a chance to roll up their sleeves and learn about the craft before sitting down to a three-course dinner paired with beer, wine or spirits.
