Benefits of membership in the Portland Culinary Alliance include members-only programs; subscription to the quarterly newsletter “The First Course”; subscription to the regional food and wine magazine “Northwest Palate”; a 10 percent discount on cooking classes and retail items at In Good Taste in Portland’s Pearl District.

There are three categories for membership. We welcome professional members ($60 annual dues); non-resident professional members, i.e., living outside of Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, Yamhill, Marion, Polk, Columbia or Clark counties ($40 dues); corporate members, including three memberships ($150 dues), with each additional member at $40; and students in professional training programs for the food, beverage or wine industry ($25 dues).
